Questions & answers
Good questions.
Clear next steps.
How do I choose the right format?
Start with how many people need to use the space at once and what they will do there. Solo is the individual-work concept, Duo is for one-to-ones, and Meet is for small-team discussions. The new Corner design study explores a two-person setting for a room corner. Use the comparison studio or pod finder to narrow your preference.
Can I combine different formats?
Yes, the project planner lets you build a mix of Solo, Duo, Meet and Corner concepts, with a quantity and finish preference for each. Your brief brings those preferences together for discussion.
Can I choose colours and furniture?
You can save a finish direction and furniture preference on each product page. These are planning preferences; the available finishes, materials and furniture packages will be confirmed for the final model.
How much sound will a pod reduce?
No acoustic rating is published for this concept collection yet. Ask for a test report for the exact selected model and the test method used. Suitability depends on the surrounding space and the level of privacy you need.
Are power, lighting and ventilation included?
The selected model’s electrical configuration, lighting, ventilation, approvals and installation requirements must be confirmed in the proposal. Include any specific equipment or comfort requirements in your brief.
Will a pod fit in my space?
Record the available floor area and ceiling height, plus the access route, lift and door clearances. Final fit requires confirmed model dimensions, door swing, service clearances and a site review. This preview does not calculate a fit guarantee.
What about installation and building requirements?
The installation scope and any building, electrical, fire-safety or accessibility requirements depend on the selected model and the site. Review these with your project team and the relevant local authority before ordering.
Where can pods be delivered, and how long does it take?
Include your city, province and preferred date in your brief. Delivery coverage, stock status, freight, installation and lead time will be confirmed for your project.
Where can I see prices?
The supplier range and commercial terms are still being finalized. Pricing will be provided for your selected models and quantities, including the agreed delivery and installation scope.
What warranty comes with the pod?
Warranty terms, coverage, service arrangements and exclusions must be confirmed for the exact model in writing before purchase.
Does the planner submit my enquiry?
This preview creates a downloadable or copied project brief. It does not send an enquiry. Share the brief with your existing ModulTech contact when you are ready.
Can a pod work in a medical or healthcare workplace?
A pod may be worth exploring for staff calls, administration or team conversations. Our medical-workplace imagery is a design concept, not a clinical installation. Patient use, infection-control procedures, cleaning compatibility, accessibility and privacy need a separate, model-specific review with the facility team.
Could pods be used in an airport or transport lounge?
Our airport scene explores a place for travellers to work between journeys. Any actual installation would need agreement on location, circulation, accessibility, cleaning, security, power and operating arrangements with the venue. The image is not evidence of an airport installation.
Do you have examples in real client spaces?
The gallery currently contains concept visualizations showing possible office, medical-workplace and airport settings. Documented installations will be added as project photography and client publication permission become available. We do not present the concept images as completed work.
Can the same pod be used for calls and focused work?
That is the intended direction of the Solo concept. Describe your typical session, desk needs, equipment and preferred seating in your brief so the final configuration can be evaluated against those uses.
Are these indoor pods or outdoor buildings?
This collection explores indoor workplace pods. Outdoor use would require a separately specified product designed for weather exposure, climate and the conditions at the site.
Does acoustic privacy mean a conversation cannot be heard?
No privacy guarantee is made for this concept collection. Before choosing a model, agree on the required level of speech privacy and review its tested performance in the context of your space. Highly sensitive conversations may need additional measures.
Can I use a monitor, laptop or video-conference equipment?
List the equipment, mounting preferences, sockets, connectivity and cable management you need. Compatibility, available power and any mounting loads must be confirmed for the final configuration.
How do I assess comfort for longer sessions?
Discuss seating, desk position, lighting, ventilation, temperature and the length of a typical session. Where possible, evaluate a sample of the exact proposed model before committing to a larger order.
Can pods be relocated later?
Relocation depends on the selected model, assembly method, available access and the condition of the components. Ask for the manufacturer’s relocation procedure, labour requirements and any warranty implications before assuming a pod can be moved.
Can the door opening and layout suit our users?
Record clear-door-width, threshold, manoeuvring-space, seating and circulation requirements in your brief. An accessibility assessment needs the exact product drawings and the conditions at the site; concept images do not demonstrate compliance.
Who prepares the space before delivery?
Responsibilities should be agreed in the project scope. Identify who will clear the area, manage building access, prepare required services, coordinate receiving and confirm readiness before an installation date is booked.
How should the pod be cleaned and maintained?
Request the care instructions for the selected finishes, glazing, seals, furniture and ventilation components. Cleaning methods and products should be compatible with the manufacturer’s guidance and the needs of the workplace.
Can I ask about a multi-location or volume project?
Yes. Set the total quantities in the planner and describe the locations and rollout priorities in the notes. Pricing, delivery scope and timing can then be discussed for the complete requirement; no automatic volume discount is promised.
Do you offer leasing or financing?
No leasing or financing programme is confirmed for this concept collection. Include any procurement preferences in your brief and confirm available commercial arrangements before planning around them.
Can I request samples, drawings or a demonstration?
Include the materials, drawings or demonstration you would like to review. Available samples, technical documents, demonstration options and any associated costs depend on the final supplier and model.
How can I share feedback or a testimonial?
Use the client-stories page to prepare a feedback draft. It downloads to your device for you to share with ModulTech. Feedback is reviewed and attributed with permission before publication; downloading a draft does not publish it.
